- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.mollorobotics.co.za, our mobile applications (“Apps”), and any related services or products offered by Mollorobotics (Pty) Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using any of our platforms or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

- Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.
- Services Provided
- We provide:
Computer vision solutions, robotics & autonomous systems, vehicle safety, tracking, and telematics solutions, including the Staysafe ProActive™ hijack prevention device. - Installation services through our own technicians or approved third-party providers.
- Access to our services via the official Website and mobile applications (Android/iOS).
- Use of Device
The Staysafe ProActive device is designed to proactively monitor and improve vehicle security. It does not replace your responsibility to remain alert and practice standard road safety.
- Customer Responsibility & Information Accuracy
You agree to provide complete and accurate information and update us if your information changes. We are not liable for failures caused by incorrect information.
- Vehicle Condition Liability
- You acknowledge:
Pre-installation: Your vehicle must be in safe, operable condition. - Post-installation: Inspect the vehicle immediately. Report damage within 24 hours.
We are not liable for pre-existing issues unrelated to installation.
- Installation Disclaimer
Installations by unauthorized third parties may void your warranty or service agreement.
- Return and Refund Policy
Devices may be returned within 7 days if unopened. Used items are not eligible unless defective.
- Faulty products will be repaired or replaced within warranty terms.
- Installation services are non-refundable once completed.

- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing to info@mollorobotics.co.za
- A 60-day notice period applies.
- Services remain billable during this period.
- All outstanding balances must be paid before cancellation takes effect.
- Payment Terms, Default & Interest
- Payment is due as agreed.
- Overdue amounts incur 2% interest monthly.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension, legal action, and recovery costs.
- Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access for:
- Breach of Terms
- Payment default
- Unauthorized use or fraud
- No refunds will be given unless required by law.
- Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for content, policies, or reliability of any third-party services linked to or integrated with ours.
- Disclaimer
All services and products are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that access to our website, applications, or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. While we strive to maintain high service quality, technical issues may occur from time to time. Customers are encouraged to report any technical difficulties to technical.support@mollorobotics.co.za to assist us in providing effective and timely support.
- Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the Magistrate’s Court or High Court with jurisdiction in applicable state.
- Amendments
We may update these Terms. Continued use after 30 days from notice implies acceptance of changes.

- Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, product designs, software, and documentation provided on our platforms or in connection with our services are the intellectual property of Mollorobotics (Pty) Ltd, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content or intellectual property belonging to us without our prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal penalties.
- Courier Return Costs
In the event of a return (for eligible items), the customer is responsible for all courier costs associated with returning the product to Mollorobotics (Pty) Ltd, unless the return is due to a verified defect covered under warranty.
- Cancellation Within 6 Months
If the user cancels their service agreement within the first 6 months of activation, an administrative cancellation fee of R950.00 will be charged, in addition to any outstanding service or installation fees. This fee helps cover onboarding and provisioning costs.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mollorobotics (Pty) Ltd and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
